Mlion LTD (we, us, or our Company) owns and operates a browser add-on extension (the Extension). Your use and installation of the Extension and our Services (as defined below) are subject to these revised Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy (together referred to as the "Terms").

These Terms form a legally binding electronic contract between you and us. By installing, accessing, or using the Extension or the Service, you confirm that you have read, comprehended, and consented to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as relevant laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Extension or our Service.

The Extension is designed to enhance your web browser's functionality and customize your online experience. Once installed, it will modify your browser's new tab settings. The Extension and its features, collectively known as the Service(s), are intended for your personal, non-commercial use. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Service, conditional upon your acceptance and adherence to these Terms.

User Responsibilities and Usage Restrictions

You are obliged to use the Services lawfully and must not: (i) bypass or disrupt the Extension's security features; (ii) reproduce, distribute, or transfer the Extension or Service; (iii) modify or attempt to access the Extension's source code; (iv) infringe on intellectual property rights; (v) employ automated means to access the Services; or (vi) misuse the Services in any illegal or fraudulent manner.

We may modify, suspend, or restrict your access to the Service without notice. The Company bears no liability for these actions.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by us. This includes trademarks and intellectual property associated with the Service.

The Services may include links to third-party content or websites. We are not responsible for such content and do not endorse it. You use third-party content at your own risk.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the cost of the Services.

These Terms apply from the date of Extension installation. You may discontinue use at any time. We may terminate these Terms or modify the Service at our discretion.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be attempted to resolve informally. Otherwise, they will be settled by binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in a class action. Disputes are governed by Seychelles law and limited to Seychelles courts. Claims must be brought within one year.

We may revise these Terms at any time, effective upon posting updated Terms. Continued use signifies acceptance of these changes.
